I love this place, I really do. I have never had a bad haircut till today. Don’t remember the employees name but she did not give me the haircut that was listed on my ticket even though I reiterated what I wanted before she started. Not only is it the wrong haircut but it is uneven all over. I’ll come back, but if she calls my name I’m going to take a hard pass.

We have been going to Sports Clips for at least 6 years with our 3 sons. We have only had great experiences without any complaints...until now. We went in on 1/28 at 4:15 pm for a haircut. It is awful! The instructions were not followed. It is terribly uneven, with clipper "bites" taken out of the hair at random places. His neck hairline was left about an inch longer than a normal cut. One sideburn is super high (basically nothing left), other side is longer and at a steep angle. There was no "fade" into the longer top layer, as always requested, just a pretty severe under-cut. After paying for the full service, I had to spend time at home trying to fix what I can. For such a basic cut, our stylist fell woefully short.
